Rise FC Team Manager Role

• Organize team schedules, including practices, games, and tournaments.
• Communicate with parents, players, and coaches about team updates and logistics.
• Manage team fundraising activities and team collections.
• Coordinate uniforms, equipment, and practice gear.
• Game Day Responsibilities

• Ensure all players have required documentation (IDs, medical forms, permission slips).
• Communicate transportation needs for players for tournaments, as needed.
• Set up team areas, including benches and tents, as needed.
• Serve as the main contact for referees, league officials, and opposing teams.
• Team Support & Development

• Foster team spirit and organize team-building activities.
• Assist the coach in tracking attendance and scheduling player evaluations.
• Address parents and players concerns, acting as a liaison between the team and club officials.
